I've been training with Stephanie for almost 1 year now, both independently and through her bootcamp, and believe she is one of the most experienced and committed trainers/nutritionists around. I really enjoy the variety and challenges she puts into the sessions and that she takes on a personal one-on-one session as well!
Steph is focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging and fun. My fitness has increased noticeably, and I’ve seen improvements in my form and overall health, finding I push myself harder each session. I actually look forward to my workouts.

Hello! My name is Chloe, and this is my story.
A few days after giving birth to my beautiful baby girl one of my friends asked me to be a bridesmaid in her wedding and I couldn’t have been happier! Of course, I said yes, and the wedding planning adventure began. I didn’t realize that I was going to have to tell her my dress size right away and since this was my first time giving birth I had no idea how quickly the weight would fall off (or if I’d ever get back to my regular size).
Since I had nine months until the wedding, I guessed I’d be one size bigger than my regular size. We never had a fitting for these dresses, and I didn’t receive my dress until January 1st which was exactly 6 weeks before the wedding. I was completely caught off guard when the dress was absolutely nowhere close to zipping up!!
Stephanie has been my saving grace throughout this experience! She wrote me a delicious 7-day meal plan which was amazing! I loved the food I was eating so much that I never felt like I was on a diet and her constant support and encouragement was exactly what I needed.
She believed in me right from the start and made me feel like my goal was definitely attainable. It only took a few weeks for the dress to fit and I was so happy. A few days before the wedding I tried the dress on, and I was shocked when I realized that I had a whole new problem. The dress was way too big! This was a problem that I was happy to have, and I was able to get it altered in time for the big day.
The wedding has come and gone now but I’ve continued working with Stephanie and will continue to do so until my wedding day comes next year! My motto has always been, “once you find something that works you stick with it” and Stephanie definitely works!

Before I reached out to Steph, I had put on weight, was feeling bloated, sluggish and experiencing stomach pain. It got to a point that I didn't know what to do anymore. As soon as I got in touch with Steph, my life began to change. From our first conversation, I knew I was in great hands. She cared about what I was going through, and she wanted to get to know about ME and what foods I couldn't live without. That's when she created a Meal Plan that truthfully, was everything I could have asked for AND more. The entire 3 months were seamless because she was always there for me when I needed her. I’ve known Vagif for a while now we used to be coworkers and friends. Whatever he does at work he is the best doesn’t matter, a call center tech or a workforce analyst or a coach he is the best. He has a great work ethic and very professional and also friendly. That’s how I decided to seek help from him when I really want the best dietician and a trainer.
I work office job also a kind of gym freak however I don’t see any results on my body for last one and a half year(muscle weight mass) before I asked coach v for assistance, even I tried some personal trainers for couple of weeks however, I wasn’t comfortable with the training, kind of felt that something I am wasting my time on as I already have little knowledge about workout and diet but don’t know how to make it work for me in a different ways for results. There comes this genius coach I proud to say that I worked with him. He is very patient and friendly person I used to know before he asked what’s my goal on fitness and what I am eating, my food consume habits and work out style, how I am training by myself. all this we had it in a phone conversation. He is very detailed oriented and gave me a detailed 12 weeks workout schedule and diet through email.
I went through the sheet with all the workouts, it looked very interesting and some challenging. I started my new training as per his workout module. I started finding results in less than 4 weeks I started gaining muscular mass also a tremendous decrease in body fat. I have asked him a lot question over the phone as it’s an online training, doesn’t matter what’s my questions are he always have a rite answer and that really helped me, he never got annoyed of my questions he is always patient and very professional. He is highly talented and knowledgeable in his profession and exactly know what to make you do to have your results in body building and fitness training. I am already enrolled with another training session with coach v. He is coach victory and victory is success.
This is my success story for training with coach v.
I had a goal and some motivation in mind near the end of 2016 to do a 19km tough mudder race in august 2017. Thought somehow it would always be some type of dream that I would never really had the mindset to actually be able to make it come true. I had three part time jobs and doing fitness in between was exhausting but I knew I had to keep moving forward. I was going to Goodlife taking part in all sorts of fitness classes and working out on my own near where I lived and at the airport but knew 100 % I was nowhere near ready or in the best shape both mentally and physically to do a 19km obstacle in late summer of 2017.
Something made me reach out to my good longtime friend, Vagif and right when I did I knew I made the best choice. Through the busy schedules we both had we made the one-hour training sessions fit into my daily / weekly schedules. The first few sessions I was quite scared and was uncertain what to expect but every time I was happy that I started the training. Every session is very explained in detail. The one-hour Vagif is completely focused on the client and very goal orient tented. Every session is extremely different and unique to your fitness purposes. Never the same and never boring. 5 minutes in I start sweating and don’t stop until the end. Vagif is very dedicated and can be counted on with any fitness advice you may need. Vagif has certainly taught me to be stronger and never give up in anything and I find that extremely important. He has taught me not to be afraid of any obstacle that comes my way and to power through it 100% of the time.
When I did my tough mudder I didn’t know what I was getting myself into and after a little research I found I wasn’t doing just any tough mudder but the 3rd toughest in north America but I wasn’t so much scared as Vagif really prepared me well for my race and proud to say I conquered each obstacle and running through that finish line was pure joy and success, all thanks to my personal trainer !
Coach v is the definition of motivating! I’ve never been confident when it came to working out, especially using gym equipment but with him by my side I felt I was able to do anything. I was pushed to my limits with coach Vince! No matter how hard the workout was or how unable I thought I was, he empowered me to go the extra mile and succeed!! I was able to see and feel results very soon after we started training. He wasn’t just there with me in the gym, he would answer my questions and be a support even when we didn’t have time together. He’s the only person who could have me dressed and ready for the hardest but most rewarding workout at 6:30 in the morning!! 5/5!!
I've always been into fitness for looking good, but at one point I've hit a plateau at the gym, hated my workouts, and lost all motivation. I found Vagif through the Instagram page of a friend who would post her workouts with him and looked very good. I needed a challenge and I needed to get out of my rut, so I contacted Vagif. This was the best decision I made for my fitness journey. I lost the stubborn weight while gaining muscle and confidence. Even my mentality changed from being fit for looking good to being fit for living the best life I can. Vagif always keeps me on my toes and accountable, and his workouts are incredibly challenging yet fun. The thing that shocked me most is how he knows his clients' bodies and abilities better than the clients themselves! Despite telling him a weight is too heavy for me (which happens every session), he pushes me to try and I always end up pushing through and hitting new records! I'm in awe of what my body is capable of and it's thanks to him that I find that out with each workout. I couldn't ask for a better trainer. Highly highly highly recommend.

I really look forward to each session with Vince and I'm motivated to exercise in between our session, which is making a big difference to my mind and body. Vince is patient and puts emphasis on form, which I appreciate. He continuously surprises me with new routines/exercises. I feel that that he cares about my objectives and is tailoring a workout just for me. Vince has always been willing to accommodate my schedule to the best of his availability.
